educational opportunities

Quantus offers many educational opportunities and continuing education credits for home inspectors and real estate agents.  We are currently working on continuing education approval for mold abatement contractors.

private instruction seminars

All of our private instruction seminars can be scheduled at your convenience.  These seminars must include at least two participants, but may contain no more than 10 participants.  Advanced notice is required for seminar scheduling.  Price per participant varies with number of participants and duration of instruction.  One or more seminars can be combined for customized instruction.  Call or send request for details.

• Fungi Fundamentals: An introduction to mold.  This seminar will introduce you to the microbiology of fungi.  Includes hands-on instruction for field sampling techniques and an introduction to data interpretation.
• Advanced Fungi:  This seminar includes instruction on indoor air challenges, where to look for mold contamination, advanced field sampling techniques, and a brief introduction to report writing.
• Health Effects and Risk Communication:  Provides participants with an introduction to the health effects associated with mold and allergen exposures.  Additionally, this seminar will provide participants with the skills that are necessary to communicate with clients and third parties.
