If you would like to submit samples to Quantus, please click here for a copy of our chain of custody and sample submission form. All samples coming into our laboratory must be accompanied with this form. Also, if you are a first time customer, please read and sign our Policies and Procedures. Our location in the heart of the Midwest makes us accessible and convenient to consultants, homeowners, real estate agents, abatement contractors, home inspectors, and property managers just about anywhere! We provide quality laboratory analyses for mold, pollen, allergen, methamphetamine, lead, and asbestos samples.

Our lab service is supported by professionals with Masters degrees and graduates of the prestigious McCrone Research Institute in Chicago, Illinois. Currently, we are an active participant in the AIHA EMPAT program (#180253).
